• INDOOR ONLY: Suitable for use with all types of pipes, this sensor valve is meant only for indoor use on standard tank water heaters in residential buildings; it is not compatible with tankless water haters or for outdoor applications.
• INTEGRAL COMPONENT: The sensor valve is an integral part of the hot water recirculating system; it opens when the water on the hot water side cools, pushes the cool water back to the water heater, and closes when the hot water line hits 98º F, reducing wait time for hot water.
• REPLACEMENT SENSOR VALVE KIT: Designed for use on branched hot water lines coming from the water heater or at the furthest point in the home, the Watts Premier Replacement Sensor Valve Kit ensures that hot water gets to all areas of the home. It is exclusively compatible with Watts Hot Water Recirculation Systems, models 500800, 500805 and HWRS-WH. It is not designed to be used with a dedicated return line to the water heater.
• EASY INSTALLATION: This Sensor Valve Kit includes two 12" supply lines, two 1/2" FTP to 3/8" MPT reducing fittings, and two mounting screws. Its uncomplicated design allows for simple installation and replacement without the need for extra parts. Additionally, it can be installed next to current sensor valves to boost water recirculation speed.
