It eliminates the need for additional pumps, making installation simple either at the branched water lines or at the furthest point within the home.

It automatically opens when the water on the hot water side cools down, pushing the cooler water back to the water heater. Once the hot water line reaches 98º F, the sensor valve closes, ensuring that hot water is readily available for use.
